Through our extensive network of expert consultants and staff, we offer professional development on a wide array of topics. This can be one day opportunities, faculty retreats, full year emphasis using online modules or a program tailored specifically for the school.
Teachers’ Training
People without formal education training may be prepared for the classroom through a variety of modes including a one-day in-service introducing people to the basics of what is offered in a university education program to a certificate-producing GEG education program.
Basic Board Training
We recommend that schools use a policy governance model for school leadership and offer a one day training to prepare board members to fulfill the responsibilities of this type of governance. The Head of School is advised to also attend the training.
